Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PublicVerge Intel services. By purchasing or using the service, the customer agrees to the applicable service scope, pricing, and these terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Service

PublicVerge provides informational business intelligence based primarily on public sources. Services may include Opportunity Radar, Competitor Pulse, weekly intelligence briefs, source links, watchlists, and related support within the customer's approved scope.

No procurement or outcome guarantee

PublicVerge does not guarantee that a monitored project will proceed, that a procurement will occur, that a source is complete or error-free, that a customer will qualify for or win a contract, or that any specific commercial outcome will occur. PublicVerge does not provide legal, tax, procurement, financial, or investment advice.

Customer scope

Monitoring territory, entities, categories, competitors, recipients, and reporting cadence are determined by the approved service profile. Requests to materially expand coverage may require a different service tier or custom pricing.

Public-source limitations

Government records and public websites may be delayed, incomplete, changed, removed, or temporarily unavailable. PublicVerge uses reasonable research and evidence-labeling practices but cannot guarantee that all relevant information is identified.

Billing

Standard service tiers are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated. The founding customer pilot is a one-time 30-day pilot payment and does not automatically renew into a standard paid tier. A customer must explicitly accept an ongoing tier before recurring billing begins.

Cancellation

Ongoing monthly service may be canceled before the next renewal date. Unless otherwise agreed, service continues through the current paid period. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for additional details.

Acceptable use

Customers may use PublicVerge reports for their own legitimate business purposes. Customers may not misrepresent PublicVerge findings, use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another customer's private information, or interfere with PublicVerge systems or providers.

Limitation of service

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PublicVerge's service is provided on an informational basis and without warranties of guaranteed completeness, availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific commercial results.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated when reasonably required.
